Before Project Commencement (Full Refund):

If you request a refund before we begin working on your website (within 48 hours of payment), you are eligible for a full refund of the payment amount, less any transaction fees imposed by payment processors (typically 2-3%).

During Project Development (Partial Refund):

If you decide to cancel your project after work has begun but before it's completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • The total payment amount, minus
  • The cost of services already rendered (domain registration, hosting setup, design work completed), and
  • A project cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost

After Project Completion (Limited Refund):

Once the website has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not provided. However, if the website fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications, you may request modifications at no extra cost or, in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund after evaluation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain name registration fees (as domains are registered with third-party registrars and cannot be returned)
  • Third-party services or software licenses purchased specifically for your project
  • Rush fees or additional services that have already been completed

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at bhavitechapps@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Business Name]"
  2. Provide your full name, business name, contact details, and the date of purchase
  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation or information to support your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied, or if you have any concerns about our services that have not been adequately addressed, please contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, we may agree to alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.

Note on Domain Names and Hosting

While our website development service package includes domain registration and hosting for one year, please be aware that these are third-party services that we purchase on your behalf. If you request a refund after these services have been activated, we can only refund the portion of your payment that hasn't been allocated to these third-party services.
